Her Photos After Weight Loss – Star, Who Lost 536 Lbs, Stunned Users with Her Transformation

Christina Phillips’ daily life was a battle at 708 pounds. Basic tasks like dressing or moving required help, leaving her dependent and unhappy. Appearing on *My 600-lb Life* in 2014 marked a turning point as she confronted the physical and emotional toll of her severe obesity. Dr. Nowzaradan, her bariatric surgeon, emphasized the psychological challenges of weight loss, saying, “Not realizing how much of their struggle is psychological and not just physical can be the biggest obstacle for change.”

Phillips underwent gastric bypass surgery in 2013. Surgery alone wasn’t enough—she adopted a new lifestyle focused on nutrition and exercise. She avoided processed foods, logged her meals, and maintained daily goals, including 10,000 steps. Her efforts paid off, dropping her weight from 708 to 171 pounds. Reflecting, she said, “Before, I couldn’t walk eight feet without feeling like I was going to die. Now, I could do just about anything.”
