Despite having an impressive 3.4m followers on Instagram (@amouredelavie), the former maid-turned-model, who is originally from North Carolina, believes men are too insecure to approach her.
And, if the single model does show a budding suitor’s attention, he will often question why “someone like her” is interested.
“I think men are intimidated by me,” said Lauren. “I’m definitely open to receiving love right now but I’m not actively looking for it.
“If it’s not an organic connection, I’m not interested – but if it came my way, I’d absolutely go for it.
“But it’s difficult being this hot…men think I’m too beautiful to date or worry that I’ll turn them down.
“When someone is considering dating me, they look at my photos and think I have a lot of options.
“They wonder: ‘Why would you want to date me?’”
However, Lauren says that at the end of the day, being a model is just her job.
“I think men are more interested in my body than actually getting to know me,” she continued.
“Fans are shocked at how kind and humble I am when they meet me in real life.
“Men see me as a sex object but they also can’t handle a confident woman – it takes a secure man to be okay with my line of work.”
With such a big digital audience, Lauren often gets recognised in the street.
While she’s not yet dated a fan, she wouldn’t be opposed to it –should the right man come along.
“A lot of fans ask for my number online but I won’t just give it out to anyone,” she said.
“If I met someone in the real world and they just happened to be a fan, I would be open to dating them.
“My last date was last summer.”
The model says her “girl-next-door look” sees men splash a lot of cash to see her photos – and they also love to “spoil” her with gifts from her “wish list”.
There’s strictly no nudity, however.
While she loves her job, Lauren says being pretty can come with a price, with evil trolls coming out of the woodwork from time to time.
“I don’t share naked photos,” she explained.
“Although I think a lot of fans would like to see them, some of them have told me they prefer me to ‘keep the mystery’.
“It’s really nice to hear that.”
Confident Lauren goes on to note that there are bullies on social media and admits it can be “upsetting” to read negative comments.
However, she says that on a whole being online had helped her to be very body confident.
“Then again, I’ve always been a fairly confident person – I’m quite tall and stood out in high school because of my height,” she continued.
“For the most part, I love having curves, too.
“The most beautiful thing you can wear is confidence.”
As for what kind of man she’s after, Lauren says she’s “open to all types” and “doesn’t discriminate” based on looks.
But it’s strictly serious or nothing at all.
She added: “I want something long-term that eventually leads to marriage.”
